The video in this website introduces research in genes related to aging, such as sir2 and daf-2. Research with different model organisms is shown in this movie: yeast, worms (C. elegance), flies and mice. Biotechnologies such as gene arrays and fluorescent microscopy are also shown. In addition, the website has a flash simulation showing how sir2 slow down aging in yeasts. For more detail information about these studies, the "Participants" link can take you to these researchers' homepage (even some of the links don't work, you get the researchers' full name so you can find their research through search engine)
