A video that explains the genetic and molecular basis behind ABO and Rh blood-type classification and consequences of an Rh- mother being impregnated with Rh+ fetuses. The A and B antigens are described in the video as being different proteins, therefore to be more specific and align with 1113, it would be good to remind students that A and B antigens are in fact different glycoproteins. Also watch the video entry titled 'Blood Types: ABO and Rh' which explains the same concepts in a different way.
